Termination policy

You can at any time terminate your contractual relationship with cvwriting.my and ask to cancel by notifying our customer services team by mail at info@cvwriting.my with the “cancellation” Subject line. You will not be entitled to any refund for any amounts paid for services, however, the reason for cancellation should be specified and the services which you asked for should not be started by us. If you breach your undertakings as set out in these T&Cs or if we have a genuine reason to believe that the security and integrity of cvwriting.my , its Members or third parties are at risk, we reserve the right to immediately terminate these T&Cs binding you and cvwriting.my and close your Account. When this is necessary, you will be notified of such measures to enable you to respond. cvwriting.my will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to lift the measures put in place.

Refund policy and right of withdrawal

No refund request of a Subscription is permitted if received after the expiration of a period of five (5) days from the first services delivered for the Services. All refund requests before the expiration period of five (5) days can be made by phone or email through our customer support department. The Customer Support department will answer you within the next 2 working days, and the refunds will be processed within the next 3 working days.

Revision policy

The customer is provided with a revision service that is free of charge to ensure satisfaction with the product. The Quality Assurance Department has the right to refuse revision or multiple revisions based on changes to the original order, multiple requests for revision, abuses of the revision policy and abuse toward the writer. Once a product is finished, the revision requests must comply with the original order. Anything else will be considered a violation of the policy. The revision will be provided free of charge when the requirements fall within the guidelines. When they don’t, the Quality Assurance Department can decline the revision request. cvwriting.my is allowed to contact the customer via email regarding discount offers, helpful services and special offers. When an order is placed, the customer gives permission for the company to make contact via text messaging or SMS services. cvwriting.my can also change any SMS message without letting the customer know for the purpose of offering specials and discounts. cvwritin.my is not responsible for any charges accrued to the customer’s account as a result of the SMS or text messaging.

Testimonial Submission

If you submit a testimonial in cvwriting.my, you agree, give permission, and grant any necessary license to us to use it, but you agree we are under no obligation to use any testimonial submitted. We may use testimonials in whole or in part, but in any use, will identify you only by first name, last initial, city and state. We reserve the right to review, correct grammatical or typing errors, and edit or summarize testimonials prior to use. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, do not submit a testimonial to us.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by cvwriting.my, or its parent company, Triune Resources at any time without notice. cvwriting.my has the right to terminate any order in cases where there is a failure by the customer to communicate properly or when fraud is suspected. In such cases, reimbursement is not guaranteed. This works on a case-by-case basis and is determined by several factors. cvwriting.my reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the case at hand.

Any personal data that is acquired or stored by cvwriting.my is for resume writing purposes only.

We request your consent to share your updated resume with potential employers or third party consultants. Only the user profiles who have consented to share their profile while placing the order will be shared with such potential recruiters. Users can also give a written confirmation by sending an email to info@cvwriting.my for sharing their profiles.

We collect the following personal information from you like Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number and Billing Information such as credit/debit card number and billing address for

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact a customer service representative who will assign you to a new writer to better meet your needs. We do not offer cancellations or refunds unless otherwise agreed upon at our sole discretion. Refunds or reassignment will not be granted after 30 days following the order completion date. Immediately after an order is placed, a professional writer is assigned to the account. The writer will then analyse the content on the online form and begin drafting the customized documents. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for requests made 2 or more hours after an order is placed. However, customers requesting a refund within 2 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund.

All users and customers of cvwriting.my, by the use cvwriting.my’s services, hereby agree to abide by and acknowledge the following: Nature of Product and Terms of Usage

The Company offers a service that locates suitably qualified experts for the provision of independent personalized research and writing services provided to the Customer as a unique reference that is designed to assist in the completion of the Customer’s assignments or academic obligations. Thus, it is understood that the Company does not make any guarantees regarding the Customer’s grades as an outcome or consequence of submission of the Product to any academic institution. When you work with cvwriting.my, you agree to the terms and conditions and authorize the company to charge your card for the agreed-upon price. The transaction will appear on your statement under the name CV Writing Malaysia. You are guaranteed to receive a quality product within an agreed-upon time frame. Phone Support

cvwriting.my offers limited customer support via phone access. In order to provide accurate documentation with customers, cvwriting.my writer’s primary mode of communication with customers is via email. This is to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping so that we can meet your needs most effectively as a team.

Steps of Order

Placing an order: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate email and phone number when filling out the order form. At any time during the order process, the customer may need to be contacted. Providing inaccurate information is a violation of the terms and conditions and could result in a forfeit of the guarantee provided for the product.

Payment:  Users can make the payment online using the PayPal or Stripe payment gateway or can do a Bank Transfer to the company account. Please contact the customer care team for further details on the payment

Provided information: Because cvwriting.my operates solely on customer-provided information; it is the customer’s responsibility to provide all the necessary data, including work history, training, education, job goal, certifications and awards, affiliations and anything else to help set the customer apart from the rest.

Instructions: Instructions must be provided clearly and to the point. If this is not done, cvwriting.my cannot guarantee the warranty or results of the product. Once the order is complete, revisions are only available to go along with the original instructions. Anything else will be considered a violation.

Matching of the resume level: It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct resume level. If this is not done, the customer takes on all liability. If a mistake is made during the order process, the customer can contact customer service right away to fix the problem.

Assigning a writer: The writer will get into contact with the customer when an assignment is given if requested by the customer. The customer can speak to the writer via email at any time or may request direct contact at any time. The writer assumes responsibility for gathering all key points, objectives, goals and other information needed. All information, including affiliations, education, former work experience and certificates should be uploaded and not given over the phone.

Checking the messaging/mailing system: The messaging system allows cvwriting.my  to contact the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the messaging system often and provide any relevant information as requested in a timely manner. Failure to do so will affect the customer’s ability to get a refund. If a customer needs assistance to use the messaging system, the support team is available to help.

Incorrect order placement: In the event that details indicated are inconsistent or don’t match the original order, cvwriting.my has the right to not process the order. Failure to provide the right product, description and level could interfere with deadline requests and may result in additional charges. This process allows the company to ensure that each order is processed correctly and matched to the appropriate writer. No additional charges will be made without contact with the customer.

The services provided by Cvwriting.my are best effort and best in class but the end user needs to understand that there is a large skilled population out there and a comparatively lesser number of qualified jobs open in the market and hence guaranteeing a job is not possible.
